www.marygrahamartist.com Mary Muskus Graham is a Chicago and Evanston artist, former nurse and a gardener. “My art work has been inspired by observations of architecture, nature and life. Watercolor, acrylic and oil paintings and pencil drawings are included in my galleries of gardens, flowers, animals, houses and architectural details. I am interested in working with intimate sizes that express color, form, texture and in the light that influences these elements.” Her paintings and drawings have been exhibited in the Fine Arts Building Gallery from September, 1995 through October, 2006. She has had solo exhibitions at the Chicago Botanic Garden and the Cliff Dwellers Club of Chicago, and has been incuded in several group shows throughout the Chicago area. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from The School of the Art Institute of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loyola University of Chicago and has had extensive experience in gallery management, including jurying and curating art exhibitions.
